Returns Policy

Defective or Faulty items must be returned to ROLL DEEP CLOTHING COMPANY LIMITED within 14 days of the purchase date. Items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered. Descriptions of Defective or Faulty items are:

  • Broken
  • Incomplete
  • Not functioning
  • Damaged

Returned goods must be in the original state provided including packaging. Items may also be returned if the customer has received the wrong item due to the fault of ROLL DEEP CLOTHING COMPANY LIMITED.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

ROLL DEEP CLOTHING COMPANY LIMITED asks that you print and fill in the Returns Form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. We will also need a copy of your order confirmation record and goods receipt which would have been provided as part of the purchase and transaction process. Good will not be returned or exchanged if tags have been removed and must be returned in the condition of which the goods were sent.
